With over 10 years of experience in social services and nonprofit operations, Jessica is deeply committed to creating systems that support both organizational goals and the professionals who provide direct services. Her experience spans community mental health, community and organizational development, and nonprofit leadership, with a focus on building sustainable, client-centered systems.

Most recently, Jessica served in three roles during her time at Catholic Charities: Regulatory Compliance Manager, Learning & Development Manager, and Help Me Grow Program Director. In these roles, she played a key part in enhancing organizational performance by identifying training needs, aligning professional development with accreditation requirements, and providing direct support to staff. Previously in her career, Jessica provided community-based services to families centering around child development, family support, and mental health.

Holding a Master of Social Work and a Certificate in Management & Leadership from Case Western Reserve University, along with licensure in social work, Jessica brings a strong educational foundation and extensive experience to driving meaningful change in nonprofit operations and supporting the growth of direct service professionals.
