Ashley's experience and education lie in the nonprofit, for-profit, and government sectors. She has held various leadership positions and excels at project management, data-driven task execution, and her ability to improve organizations through effective change management tools.
Ashley has held administrative and clinical positions in behavioral health nonprofits. Ashley was previously the executive director at the Women’s Recovery Center (WRC) in Cleveland, Ohio. At WRC, she and the team increased revenue by 40% from 2018 to 2022 (from $700,000 to a $1.2 million budget) and led the organization to achieve Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) in 2021. Ashley is a current CARF International Surveyor for Behavioral Health Programs. Ashley is pursuing her Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Licensure (LCDC) II in 2024.
Ashley also has experience in health and welfare benefit plan compliance and human resources consulting. Ashley project managed HIPAA (The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) compliance projects for large corporations across the United States. She is credentialed as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), passed several Society of Actuaries Exams, and has her Ohio Life and Health & Accident License. Ashley achieved her Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of North Carolina in August 2022. Ashley achieved her Project Management Professional (PMP) credential in February 2023. Ashley holds a bachelor's in actuarial science/mathematics from The Ohio State University.
