Training: Achieving Performance Outcomes

In our comprehensive training session on CARF Sections M and N, we delve into the critical aspects of Performance Measurement and Management (Section M) and Performance Improvement (Section N). Participants will learn how to develop and implement robust performance measurement systems that align with CARF standards, enabling their organizations to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) systematically. We will cover techniques for collecting and managing data, strategies for ensuring data accuracy and integrity, understanding factors influencing performance, and personnel education and training by roles and responsibilities. Additionally, the training will focus on analyzing service delivery and business function performance, developing action plans for improvement, using analysis to improve quality and make decisions, and communicating performance information, creating a culture of continuous performance improvement. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises/examples, attendees will gain the skills to drive organizational excellence and achieve sustained success in meeting CARF accreditation requirements.
